From a long-lost CDR (edition of 5) that I was amazingly able to rip before it disintegrated completely (it doesn't play anymore) ! Once again we are time-tripping back to Providence RI 2005 where the weird folk and noise scenes lovingly collided. I woke up one morning in our Olneyville warehouse remembering a vivid dream of a new band called aarcl ung, spelling and all (true). Over the course of the next year, this group performed with the likes of Christina Carter, Jessica Rylan, Six Organs Of Admittance, Birchville Cat Motel, Islaja, Sunburned Hand Of The Man, Kites, Urdog, Tomutonttu, Gang Wizard, Jackie-O Motherfucker, Sir Richard Bishop, Avarus, Lau Nau - those really were the best of times.

Bonus track at the end is a rare Jeffrey Alexander / Howard Stelzer live duo set recorded on New Years Day 2005. Tapes / guitar improvisation, ooh la la.
